However, hygiene and health and safety issues were essential and had to be delivered in an informative and consistent way to ensure all employees were provided with the correct information.
The solutionDDL created an employee induction presentation that included all essential health and safety information in an interactive and engaging format.
The employee views content in various sections such as fire evacuation, effective hand washing, workplace hazards and first aid. The viewer experienced 360˚ panoramas of the factory within different sections and production areas.
'Drag and drop' exercises are used for employees to test themselves on various procedures, and photography and animation is used to back up textual content.
Important HR issues such as shift patterns and sickness reporting is also covered, ensuring all new staff are aware of procedures.
