Lynne has been involved in education all of her adult life. An active primary school teacher, she went on to create a career in further education rising to a high level of management, taking control of large budgets and managing more than 100 staff.
Lynne has been a constant champion of the disaffected in education and sees e-learning as a real opportunity for those with differing levels of ability.
She has always had a passion for developing a business and so co-founded DDL. Lynne provides the company with its business development ideas, administration overview and its HR polices. In addition Lynne is the company's lead figure in building relationships with government agencies and local regional organisations.
